Vote Paves The Way For Closing Of Sex Offender Trailers
Following a vote on Tuesday that appears to have broken a year-long legislative logjam, Suffolk County will move forward with a plan to close a pair of trailers that house homeless sex offenders in Southampton Town and replace them with several small shelters spread throughout the county, County Department of Social Services Commissioner Gregory Blass said on Thursday.
