if a minor file a rape case where she allowed to have sex with after became drunk, is case rape?

after a drink and became drunk, a 15-year old girl accompanied a 20-year old boy to a place where they can have sex and allowed the boy to do it and after several days, her relatives file a rape case to this boy. considering the fact above, what consequence does the boy faces? will the case succeed against the boy?

Yes.

The girl cannot legally consent to sex as she's under 16 (unless the state in question has a five-year close-in-age exception).

As a result, it doesn't matter if she agrees or not, or if she's sober or not. It's statutory rape, and the 20 year old can go to prison for years.
