Question by Eddie: If an underage girl, say 8-16 has sex with a over 18 boy who cannot move any limbs, Is it considered a crime?
I have a friend who cannot move but a little. I was wondering If , big If too,a underage girl was to have sex with him, would it be a crime for him? Would it still be considered raping her?
I said he could not move his limbs but maybe I should clarify. He is in a wheel chair with ms or md. All he can do is speak.
Or Md which ever is the childhood form. My Cousin has MD but I was just curious.
